What all repairs you do?
We do almost all minor and major repair work on your shoes to bring them back to life. We do:
- Press Pasting work for outsoles.
- Machine stitch work.
- Press pasting for the minor opening of soles.
- Minor touch-ups using professional shoe paint.
- Counter heel cushion repair.
- Minor and major patchwork for upper mesh.
- Resoling of leather shoes.
- Replacing insoles and laces with new ones.

What all is included in sneaker dry cleaning service?

How do I book a service?
Booking can be done by clicking on the "Services" tab or "BOOK NOW" button on the website. You can choose your preferred service and chose your pick-up date and upload images (if any) at the check out page. Our team will connect with you after you have completed the check out process.
Do you provide pick-up and drop service in my area?
We offer pick-up and drop services across major Indian cities via our logistics partner. Please feel free to share your pin-code details along with your requirement and our team would instantly offer you a service detail along with a quote and service timeline for your location.
How much is the turn around time?
The cleaning process standard turnaround time is 2 to 3 working days. Cleaning + Repair service generally takes 3 to 7 days depending on the repair size.
You can also avail Express Service by paying a nominal service charge of INR 200/- to INR 300/- per pair extra + 18% GST and get the delivery on priority. (subjected to approval by us).
I need to know the exact charges of servicing my shoes before I submit them.
The best practice is to share clear images of the damaged portion of your shoes with our team and list down the service requirements so that our team can evaluate them and get back to you with an approximate quotation and timeline. Once you confirm the quote, we can immediately get your shoes picked up from your location. After receiving the shoes at our workshop, a final quality check is done to ensure the feasibility of the work. Thereafter, we share a final quotation including all the job details and specifications. Once you approve it, we begin the work on your shoes. You still have an option to decline the offered quote and recall your shoes by just paying the minimum cancellation or visiting charges.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
- Feel free to cancel and get 100% refund until pick up of your shoes.
- In a scenario where your shoes are picked up and you don't want us to process them further, you can simply cancel your order by paying a nominal cancellation fee ranging from INR 300/- to INR 500/- depending on your size of order and location. This amount helps us cover our logistics charges.
- 100% payment is required to be paid in advance to let our team start the work.
- Once the work has started on your items, there will be no refund or cancellation allowed.
My shoes are expensive. What if my shoe gets damaged during the process?
We understand your concern completely and as a responsible organisation, We work closely with only trusted logistics partners. However, there may be natural accidents or unavoidable scenarios where the loss of footwear while in transit or at workshop or damage may happen. To secure your footwear against such unfortunate events, we offer an insurance cover for your items without any additional charge upto INR 5,000/- or 5 times the service amount (excluding the logistics charges) whichever is low. In addition to that, we would like to inform you that we have been in the professional shoe care business for the past 12 years now. All the items are handled by trained experts at Futstep facility. Hence, you can stay assured regarding the safety of your valuable footwear.
What if I am not happy with the service?
Everything that we do at Futstep is for the shoe enthusiasts. Hence, our motive is to offer a smooth service to every customer. Just in case, if we fall short of offering you a 5 star service, we are there to assist and help you with your complaints related to the service within 4 days from the date of delivery. Just write to us at enquiry@futstep.in and share your feedback or concerns along with images to help our team resolve it at the earliest. We are committed to offer you the best service experience.
We don't have a refund policy if the service is not upto your expectation. However, We do recall items if it is feasible to make it better for you.
