- In a scenario where your shoes are picked up and you don't want us to process them further, you can simply cancel your order by paying a nominal cancellation fee ranging from INR 300/- to INR 500/- depending on your size of order and location.


- 100% payment is required to be paid in advance to let our team start the work.


- Once the work has started on your items, there will be no refund or cancellation allowed
